Hollyhock is one example of Coal Road's broader work building software around the work. It is not the limit of Coal Road's development capability.

## Current product direction

A home-care operations platform with a multi-office foundation, sales CRM, scheduling, communications/documents, caregiver operations, family access, protected updates, auditability, and deliberate location-event architecture. Production deployment and several release gates remain open. Accounting is deferred and external email/SMS delivery connectors remain incomplete or disabled.
