- Resale or sublicensing to unrelated third parties.
- Commercial redistribution of Coal Road source or binaries.
- Coal Road copyright ownership or underlying product IP transfer.
- Future versions or modules.
- Hosting, installation, support, migration, integrations, or custom development.
- Third-party vendor, API, hosting, or license costs.
