• Storage capacity sized for the organization's records and document-retention needs. No unlimited-storage commitment is made.
• A backup destination and tested recovery procedure.
• Current browsers and devices as identified in the release notes.
• Access-control and monitoring arrangements appropriate to the firm's operations.

Compatibility review

Before purchase or migration, record the target operating environment, existing identity controls, mail configuration, document volume, external services, and any special security or compliance requirements.
