Home-care targets may include AxisCare, Axxess, HHAeXchange, Sandata, WellSky, AlayaCare, and other systems. Legal, accounting, messaging, identity, and logistics systems are assessed separately.

• API and authentication feasibility.
• Export/import format assessment and field mapping.
• Webhooks and event semantics.
• EVV, payer/aggregator, schedule, client/caregiver, billing, payroll, or accounting data exchange.
• Validation, reconciliation, duplicate handling, error recovery, and audit records.
• Rate limits, vendor approval, licensing, and third-party fees.

Assessment sequence
